In my Vendio account, under Calculated Shipping Options, I have a small fixed markup. Since ebay doesn't have their shipping calculators updated for Standard Post prices, can I change the markup per auction on the Create Listing page so that it doesn't affect other auctions where I want to keep the same small fixed markup? I'm asking this because I'm finding a huge difference in shipping Standard Post compared to eBay's Parcel Select which now shows up for the buyer when they win my auction (which I originally create using Parcel Post as the cheaper shipping method). One of my packages cost $6 more than eBay's calculated shipping.
Yes, you can set the shipping markup on a per auction/listing basis. When creating/editing a pending listing just edit the markup fields in the "Calculated Shipping Options" section near the bottom of the page. Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.
