I've posted before about this but really would like some help. I use the eBay Markdown Manager and unless I'm right on top of the auctions before they end, they end in the marked down price. Lately, I'm forgetting or not getting it done even when I have reminders in place. Do you have ANY suggestions on how to correct this? And if not, I want to know how it works if I re-list a bunch of items directly from eBay? Do I then have to import them? But I've imported before and don't like the aftermath and I have a hundred right now to manually correct to the original price so I can re-list. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks!
I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. While this has been escalated to our engineers, I unfortunately do not have any updates available at this time. If you list or relist an item from eBay directly then you would need to import it into your Vendio account in order for the listing and any associated orders to appear in your Vendio account.
