I'm trying to list a Reyn Spooner men's shirt. E-bay insists I complete their Item Specifics one of which is "Brand". However, their list from which I may choose the brand only goes down alphabetically through H, so I cannot get to Reyn Spooner.
It will not let me type the name in, so I'm at a loss. Don't want to put in a false name in order to list, so what can I do???
I was able to see the problem, and I have asked our engineers to take a look. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them on this. In the meantime, you should be able to manually type the brand of the item into this field.
