Occassionally I have this problem with my eBay listing being just a white blob in the area where the description is located. I typically click on the item in Vendio to go to my listing. I code my listing to where the item is located in inventory. As I'm going through all the listings, at least once a day, I seem to be getting this WHITE one. I've tried coming in through different ways such as My eBay and just searching for it, and every time, I still get the white area. I have to actually copy it to re-list to get the info I need to move forward. Today's listing is item #311201681704. Can you please let me know what is going on with this issue.

Hi there, toyspast. I had the same problem a year or two ago, especially with items viewed on a mobile.
I am not particularly "techno-savvy", and don't remember exactly how the problem was explained to me, but I will give it a try.
It seems that when I was copy and pasting some of my descriptions in to the Vendio create listing field, especially if copying from Microsoft word or an open auction, a piece of html would appear in the body of the writeup that made the font turn the same color as the background. This piece of html was written as "schemas" with some brackets when viewed in html. Removing that from the listing solved the problem on the active listings. I also then followed the suggestion to copy and past my word write-ups into Notepad and then copy and paste on Vendio to avoid this html problem.
IDK if this what is happening with your items, but thought maybe it would help.

I didn't clear my cache yet, but it is still white to me. I see your screen shot fine. What I want to know is why can I see 99% of the listings fine but always have this 1% that keeps happening? If my cache is full or interferring, why would it not effect more of my listings? Doesn't make sense to me. And Susan, thanks for popping in, but I have no idea what you said and would have the same question. I list the same with all listings. Some are new, some are copies. I don't copy and paste anything. But thanks for trying. 8-)
