After an item sells on my Vendio store it shows as "out of stock" on the item page however when you click on the item it no longer shows as out of stock and the price shows. This is very confusing to my buyers. I want to keep the items on my store still after they are sold. If someone if finding the item from a direct link online it looks like it's still for sale with the price and you just can't find a way to purchase it. Is there any way to mark an item as out of stock or sold out after it's sold?

Thank you for writing in. When Items go "Out of stock", it is displayed on the Home page and the category pages. And when clicked on to view the item details, the out stock items do not have an Add to cart button which is a clear indication that the item is no longer available for sale.

Unfortunately it's not a clear indication that the item is out of stock because I have customers that continue to reach out to me on why they can't purchase the item. A clear indication would be if the "out of stock" still showed up when clicking on the item.

Thank you for your reply. The absence of the "Add to Cart" button itself is also a very clear indication that the item is not up for sale. Coupled with the initial "Out of stock" notice on the Home and the Category page the absence of the "Add to Cart" button indicates that the item is out of stock and hence not available for sale.
Hope this helps, please feel free to reply if you have any more questions.
