I'm kind of curious about the counter I use and the difference that eBay shows as page views. An example was eBay has page views on one of my items as about 48 and Vendio has zero views. Thought maybe it had something to do with the length of time its been in the system, but I have a new item up for auction and Vendio has one hit and eBay has 8 page views. I only visited it once to view the page views so it isn't me. Why the differences? Can you maybe shed a little light on this for me? Thanks!
Please note that your Vendio counter is set to only count hits from unique visitors (which means if the same person visits the listing 5 times it will only be counted as 1).
Please provide us with a specific listing number as a reference, so that we can take a closer look and assist you accordingly.

So here's an example. An auction that ends tonight. Vendio says there's been ZERO hits and eBay says there are 11 page views (381621687578).
Please note the Vendio counters are working as they are supposed to as when we checked this item it showed 3 hits in vendio.I then went to view the listing and vendio updated it to 4 hits. You are currently using the Smart Counter type which does not count back-to-back hits from the same visitor.
The eBay page views counts every page hit and includes back-to-back hits from the same visitor as well.
I am not certain why the eBay counter is showing so many hits for this listing, however from what I am seeing the Vendio counter is working correctly.
