I have talked to a tech with your company about this but want to see if I get a different answer here. Also, if someone else is having the same issue, they might see this post. From 8/21/16 through 9/16/16, items that I re-listed are still showing in my closed folder. Also, if I go to re-list an item from that time period, it is showing as an imported listing. All of this has been highly disruptive and I did not get a really good answer from the tech I talked to. I also had a couple of listings that were in my pending file that just disappeared. He mentioned something about you upgrading the counters, but I am not sure why that would cause all these issues. I would like some assurance that whatever was going on has been corrected. You have always been a reliable site and have addressed customer concerns pretty quickly. I hope that will continue.
