When I Create a Listing, after I do the listing description and select the images, I then click "Full Preview" to review how the listing looks and which photos I should reposition or delete. For the past few weeks, whenever I go to the full preview, all I see is my custom template with no photos or description. (There is also a large amount of white area at the bottom of the screen.)
The only way I can preview is to go to the next page for eBay Preview, then back again to make changes. This is Cumbersome and more time consuming.
Was there a change made that no longer allows the full preview popup to appear while remaining on the create listing page?

Thank you for writing in.We tried to duplicate the problem in your account,but were unable to do so.Please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. If you do get the same results, please let us know which browsers and versions you have tried and also the title of a specific pending listing in your account where the problem exists, so that we can take a closer look.

Ok. So it is not happening in Google Browser, which I do not ordinarily use.
When I cleared my "Internet Explorer" browser the preview came up with the description and photos, but it was giant sized, so I had to scroll to the right forever to see the photos. Any way to adjust that down to normal window size?
