I was so happy to see the announcement that the click to enlarge image was back, I had to create an auction to see. I have been somewhat holding back on listing until this feature returned. I did a preview on the auction I was working on and it just gives me a transparent gray/black screen with a white X in the upper right corner. No enlarged picture. The photos do not have the border with the link about clicking either (I know...no links allowed). Check any of the pending listings on the bottom in my account.
Sorry for the trouble! I did a preview of one of your pending listings (the last one in your list of pending listings), however the click-to-enlarge images worked correctly for me.
Are you using Internet Explorer by any chance? There are some known issues with the click-to-enlarge images on Internet Explorer that our engineers are working on correcting.
If you are not using Internet Explorer please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that helps. Please also confirm a specific pending listing where you are seeing this problem and let us know what internet browser you are using. Please also try using a different internet browser and let us know whether or not it gives you the same results (as well as which internet browsers and versions you tried).

The feature works on Firefox but I use Internet Explorer as my main browser. Also, while I was trying Firefox, I noticed that the images when enlarged are not as big as Vendio had before the function was disabled. I like to direct potential bidders to click on the Vendio images as they always showed up larger than the magnifying tool on eBay and details can be seen a lot better.
Thank you for your reply and the confirmation - we are working on the issue with Internet Explorer and hope to have it fixed soon. I am sorry for the problems with this!
Also, I will pass along your feedback about the size of the click-to-enlarge images. Please let us know should you need further help in the meantime.

Just wanted to let you know that the Click to Enlarge now shows up with Internet Explorer...YAY! Now if you could get them to show up larger like they did before...SIGH.
