I guess eBay is making their pages Secure and the part that is submitted by Vendio is NOT Secure. Are you aware of that and/or are you currently working to correct this situation?

I have read that the listings that are not secure are being suppressed from being viewed by potential buyers. Probably 99% of my listings are NOT SECURE so I am deeply concerned that they are not being seen by a majority of buyers. eBay announced this several months ago and Vendio has still not complied. I've been told that you are "working" on this issue but are also dealing with other new policy changes. Honestly, this is probably the most important issue at hand and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. If I notice a greatly reduced Christmas season, I will have to seek another venue in 2018. Since I have been with you since almost the beginning, it will be a very hard decision to make, but this is a very serious issue that could be impacting my bottom line.

Just an update on what I see on my end. Almost all of my listings seem to end as secure but when launched, they are still not secure. I see progress being made, but wanted to make sure the techs know that it is not fixed.

Doing a quick look-see, it seems like when they are first launched, they are not secure, but I look at ones that launched around 3 to 5 days later and they are secure. So it's taking that long for them to be secure. At least, that's what I'm seeing so far.

Sorry, that is not correct. My listing are not all compliant. As stated above, when any of them are listed, they stay non-compliant for a number of days before finally showing a secure page. When I looked at the time I wrote the note above, it was taking about 3 days to be compliant, but as of writing this message, it was around 8 days, which may also mean that sometimes they are compliant and then change to non-compliant. I haven't had the time to investigate further. But the thing that never changes is that when they are launched they are all non-compliant. I would like new listings to be compliant from the start.

There are several hundred items. Just go to the last pages of my active items (the ones newly listed) and you will see they are not compliant.
