I discontinued my subscription to your watermarking services because of eBay's new policy. I was thinking that as items ended and were re-listed, that would take care of the watermarks, but they are still present. I am not in the position to re-do over 2000 photos, so can you do something to correct this?
Thank you for writing in.Please note we have removed the watermark option in your Image Watermarking Settings page and this should remove the Watermark from all images hosted by Vendio.However,if you still the same reflecting in your images please send us the eBay Item Numbers in order for us to look into the same.

This is a quick sampling. I notice that they may be on the eBay photo in the top of the listing and not on the Vendio photos below while most of them have been removed from both the top and bottom. I would like to know why they're not ALL removed?

Hello,
Thank you for writing in. Please note once the item is launched the Gallery image is taken by eBay and now stored on eBay server and out of our control, unfortunately. The watermark is still being displayed on the Gallery image as the image is stored on eBay's servers and cannot be updated by Vendio.
However, on all new items launched now that the watermark option is set to none all the images displayed on the listing will be without the watermark. In order to correct the issue for existing listings you would need to either end the listings and relaunch them through Vendio or revise them through eBay directly. Sorry for the trouble!

Sorry, I am not understanding your solution. All the sample of items displaying the watermark have ended since I discontinued paying for watermarking and have been re-launched through Vendio. Some have the watermark and some don't. The sample of ones I listed above were ones that still had the watermark. According to what you appear to be saying, anything that ended after I discontinued watermarking and then has since been re-launched through Vendio should not have the watermark on the Gallery photo. If that's not what you're saying, please explain further. It does not make sense that some have been removed and others haven't.
