Hello Fritz, on the following auction, there is no photo
showing.

also a buyer wrote in that I show free shipping but it also says $6.50 in shipping charges.
I went into the auction under HTML and cannot find shipping charges anywhere for $6.50. And even if I did make an error I would never put an odd mount like $6.50 I always if I do enter shipping charges use an even amount.
Please see if you can fix this auction.Thank you. Steve

Sorry for the trouble! Fritz is out of the office today, but I'm happy to help.
For the missing image, it looks like it was deleted from your Vendio account at some point (so it is not showing in the listing). Please upload it back to your Vendio account using the exactly same image file name that you used before, and it should then appear on the listing again. The image file name is: Headlamp.JPG
In regards to the shipping, I took a look and this listing was set with calculated shipping. So the shipping cost is going to vary depending on the buyer's zip code. I'm showing that the item does not have a free shipping option enabled. It sounds like the buyer is seeing the "free ship" in the title, but then they only get the calculated shipping option for the listing. In order to correct the problem you will need to either revise the listing to remove the "free ship" from the title, or revise the listing to add a free shipping option.
