I ended an ebay listing on eBay much earlier today: #272493826696 Rose Quartz Sphere. eBay Shows it as ended. Vendio as active.
But on Vendio the item that shows as ended for the time i did this is
#272298603265 Quartz Sphere. This item shows as active on eBay.
I suppose I can end the quartz sphere on eBAy too and just relist. But how would I end the Rose quartz sphere #272493826696 on Vendio so that i can later relist. I do not want to delete it.
Please advise how to make both accounts show the same items ended.

Yes, I do have 2 questions.
How do I end a GTC eBay item through Vendio?
And how do I get #272298603265 back in my Vendio live listings as it IS live on eBay, (as it should be).
There was no reason why it should have closed on Vendio at all.
Thank you for writing in.Please note once you have ended the item on eBay then you need to come back to vendio,select the item and click on Refresh in order for the information to be synced between eBay and Vendio.
The Listing ID 272298603265 is currently reflecting under your Active listings on Vendio.
