I am trying to add a clickable link for an eBay codeless coupon to the end of my Vendio shipping confirmation message without success.
I have tried html instructions and tiny url instructions that I found online to no avail. Can you tell me how to edit this to add
P.S. Use this link: "http://ebay.us/3bbkyG" to receive 10% OFF any purchase of 2
or more items in our eBay Store (auctions not included, per eBay).
I tried using this in the html scetion: P.S. Use this link: <a href=http://ebay.us/3bbkyG> </a> to receive 10% OFF any purchase of 2
or more items in our eBay Store (auctions not included, per eBay)
but then i got half the line clickable, instead of the just the link, and it looked sloppy.
That is as close as I got to success.
Sorry for the trouble! It is probably easier to use the HTML editor instead of trying to create the code yourself. First make sure that the box for "use HTML Editor" at the top of the message section is checked.
Then type out whatever you would like to appear on the message, exactly as you would like it to appear. Then highlight whatever part of the text you would like to be clickable. Next click the "Insert Hyperlink" icon at the top of the message (it looks like two links of a chain). In the "Enter URL" box put the link (and only the link): http://ebay.us/3bbkyG
Then click "OK" and save your changes. If you continue to have trouble, please let me know more specifically where you are going in your account when you try to do this. I'm not sure I'm looking at the same message as you are.
