My "Post Sale" "Unsold Items" includes about 100 items that are listed as eBay store items, Good Til Cancelled. When I click on them, they show as still being active on eBay although I don't think they are searchable. What's going on?Help please!

Having the same issue, but way more than 100. They're all in my closed panel and if I search for them in active, they are not there so not duplicates, but they are active on eBay. What the hell is going on? This is horrible!

I'm wondering if it had something to do with last year being a leap year? They are all items done on the 28th and 1st.

Mine are searchable. I absolutely don't want to do the importing. Every time that is done it screws up listings. This is effecting approx 300-350 listings.

Have seen this before and it always corrected itself within 24 hours, but that is not the case this time.

Thank you for contacting Vendio Support.Please note in these cases you would need to go to your active listings,select the item and go to Actions>>Refresh.

These items do not appear on Vendio active listings. THey show as closed and unsold. They were listings that should have automatically been relisted, but show as ended on Vendio. We cannot fix this....unless we end items on eBay and relist.
I agree with the earlier poster, importing screws up the listings. I don't want to have to do that!

Sorry for the trouble with this! We suspect this is related to the problems eBay was having yesterday (this Ecommercebytes article has more information: https://www.ecommercebytes.com/C/blog/blog.pl?/pl/2021/2/1614548132.html), but we aren't sure. If anyone is still having trouble that can't be fixed by refreshing the listings, please let us know.

Almost certain it all had something to do with the Leap Year last year and not this year. Glad its fixed.

Same problem here. If one of those items sold, it does not show up in post sale management.

eBay shows I have 21,593 items listed Vendio is showing 20722. I have 871 items showing in stock on Vendio that are currently live on eBay. Any help would be appreciated.
