How long does post sale transactions stay in your control panel? I would like to have a permanent records of my sales. what happens if all the boxes are checked off? does it disappear?

Hi Katiya,

Closed Auctions will remain in your control panel until you decide you would like to delete them. Keep in mind that eBay purges their database after 30 days so you may not be able to view the auction listings after a period of time. Your auctions will not disappear from your Control Panel after all the boxes are checked.
