Hi, I have tried to study this program but I think I missed something. I imported my auctions. I went to track auctions/Active. All 300+ auctions show "updating". I have tried all night to fix this problem but I can't seem to find an answer. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you. Clair

Try clicking the "Refresh" button or go to your tool bar on top of your page and click "view" then click "refresh" that might get you the updated page.

Hi Clair,
I see what you are saying. We will need to look into this on our end. The only reason that I can see that may be affecting this problem is that you are not signed up for a payment plan.

Hi, I have just signed up with my credit card. I have a few questions. I still cannot get anything but "updating" from my current auction. I have selected all/refreshed and still get "updating". I can view closed auctions. After registering my credit card and if this part gets worked out unless I use your service to list or host pictures will I be charged for using this on previously posted auction not from your site? Please give me a little help. thanks, Clair

Hi Clair,
We are not currently charging for this -- no. We may begin to charge for these services in the future, but it will not be retroactive.

Hi Clair,
It looks like these auctions are updating because of the quantity that you uploaded at one time. I deleted one and tracked it in individually and it updated right away.
Most likely these auctions will just take longer than normal to update.

Hi Clair,
I am not sure how long it will take for these to register in the system as I have not encountered this problem before.
You may want to delete all the updating auctions from your account and then track them in 25 at a time.

I let it sit for 20 minutes and still no refresh.
I am in the process of deleting all auctions now. I will then reenter them and "refresh" them page by page. I am assuming this will be a one time deal. Hope that is correct.

When I got down to 79 auctions it refreshed. I will add a few at a time through out the day and see how it goes. thanks for your help. Clair

Hi Clair,
Thanks for the kind works! I am glad to hear that it's working.
From what I can tell about this situation, the auctions will only get stuck in an updating mode when you try to import too many at one time.

Hi, I have just had time to get back to this. I just checked on my listings. I only imported about 25 listings. They still have the message "updating". It has been hours ago. The other 79 are there with updated info on them. Should I completely delete everything and start from scratch?? What I am trying to find is a way to track my eBay store items. The other auctions I can track through other means. Is there an easy way to do this?? Thanks, Clair
ps Just selected all/ refreshed and still same message on the 25 new imported items "updating".

Hi, I deleted all auctions in "active". I imported one auction last night. It is still "updating". I am not trying to be a pain but I don't know what else I should do. I really like your program and I am looking for a program to replace what I am presently using. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Clair

Hi Clair,
Sorry for the late reply to this post. It slipped through...Anyways, the reason why your auction is still showing as updating is because currently we do not provide any support for eBay store items. This is a current system constraint. We do understand the importance of ebay stores and we are looking at integrating this to the site in the near future.
For now, the only items that we support are eBay auctions.
