To those users whose ISP's may have difficulty accessing the Web, kindly be advised that a major server/gateway, WinStar, declared bankruptcy today and summarily dumped ISP's that they had served without notice. Needless to say, mail routed through WinStar is being denied and returned as undeliverable.
Since those affected ISP's will have to employ some time consuming rerouting, it is recommended that while one may experience web sluggishness or DNS to many sites, it would be appropriate to secure a secondary mail address that you can access, and then post this secondary address on your ads so that communication can be maintained with customers.
