In the "Post Sale Checklist" #9 is "Received Feedback" but when I click on it the heading for the message box says "Feedback Reminder". Are my buyers getting a message titled "Feedback Reminder" when I mean to thank them for the feedback I've received?

Hi Semikate,

The #9 button sends out a reminder to leave you feedback. You can click this if the buyer has not yet left you feedback and the transaction has been completed.
