On a few of my auction items I have listed on ebay the picture does not show up. Can I go back and redo the picture or how do I go about editing this after it is already launched and active? If I delete the whole auction won't I be charged the fees if I relist it?

Hi Cbrooks56,
It appears you have deleted the images in your image hosting section after you launched the auction. You can upload the picture again using the same name that is in the auction and the image will appear on eBay.

I'm sorry. You are so right in the part where I deleted the pictures in the image hosting section. I am guilty as charged. Now to add the picture you saidI could go back and "use the same name". Meaning use the same name as in ? Could you explain a little better for me?
Thanks so MUCH!!
Such fast response.
I'm excited!!

Hi Cindy,
You can just upload the same picture again, if you haven't changed the name of the image that is stored on your computer. The auction is looking for a picture with a specific name. If you upload the same picture and it still has the same name that it did when you first uploaded it, it will show up. If not, you can rename the image before you upload.
For instance, auction # 1632621897 is looking for the image named:
auctionredshirtwithfringe.JPG
Upload that same image with the same name and it will appear in the auction again.

You are so helpful and it is so much quicker here than looking and looking and reading and reading in the customer service area. Thanks so much. Now does it have to have exact wording? Like the word with is just a w now I think? Also, How did you find that information because I have a couple of others that don't show up? You are the greatest help!!!!
Thanks again!!

Hi Cindy,
You can go to the auction with the missing pictures and click on the image link. At the top of the page in the address bar you will see the name of the image that is supposed to be there (and will be shortly).

It's wonderful!!! It really works. Even I could follow your directions and that is saying something. Just as I am about to give into the fact that I am too old to learn new tricks, POOPH, I am indeed amazed at myself ( with help of course)!!
Thanks Brian for taking the time and and patience with me.
