While attempting to send a WBN, a page came up stating "winning bidder's email address was unavailable". I mistakenly entered in the wrong address. How can I change it?

Hi Moosefour,
You can change the winning bidder's email address through the Non Paying Bidder link, which can be accessed in your Fulfillment checklist. Once you click that link you can enter in the name of the winner, their email address, and the winning bid. After you have entered in that information you can send out the WBN.

That is so cool. Why do you hide such an importan feature there. I could have used that so many times. I would never had thought to look there. You need to put that in the main post sale section where people can find it. You guys have so many stupid things wrong with your site (ie.. Lasck of Dutch Post sale, BIN WBN sending, fancy ads that crash your browser, practicly no customer service, lots of down time at important times, very slow servers and or small internet pipes) you think you would want to have the good stuff up front. That is a huge feature that a lot of people don't know about.

Thanks for the help....and I agree! I never would have looked there (in the Non Paying Bidder link). There should be a link right next to the buyer's name and email address where you could edit that information. But thanks for letting me know!
