eBay has changed their sign in system, which has affected all third party providers. We have been in contact with eBay and a fix is now in progress. We will know the ETA shortly.
All launches since 1am have errored out so they will need to be resubmitted once the problem has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Rannie,
WBNs are affected as well. For now, if you need to send out a WBN you will have to do it manually until this problem has been resolved.

This is a bunch of CRAP! You guys are supposed to be partners with eBay. Why is it that you are not aware of what is going on in advance so that we do not loose hundreds of auction opportunities? What are we paying you for?
There is no excuse for this type of service, or more accurately, total lack of service. EBay announced upcoming changes to their sign in process on 8-29-01 on their eBay announcements board. What the hell have you guys been doing for us the paying customers? Nothing but reacting to the problem AFTER it occurs. A REAL business would have a Proactive approach to this issue and had the fix in place for when the change over occurred.
Please forward this message to your management. A formal apology to ALL of your customers is necessary for this appalling lack of due diligence on your part to protect the interests of your paying customers. You can't keep running this site like it is still free.
Thank you

You are RIGHT ON.
AW has a responsilibity to its PAYING customers. For those of us with a large volume of listings, we deserve service.
Why didn't AW plan for this?
No excuse.
As hd states, AW Management NEEDS to see that message and apology is DUE to all.

Hi Pontiacdealer,
I'll keep an eye on your auctions. The error messages are gone, but they are still processing and a few have been launched. Looks like in your case it may be more like a delay than an error.
