For the last two days all my images are too large. These are pictures that I had taken previously and nothing changed as far as size. I had tried changing my templates but that should have nothing to do with the size of the picture. I can't get them back to the original size. They are very large. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing this. Help!

Hi Kathy,
Our system does not alter an image at all during the upload process. Your uploaded image should be identical to the version that you have saved on your hard drive.
Are you saying that you previously uploaded these images at a certain size and now they are larger? Please provide us with some examples of the enlarged images.

Yes, I have one particular auction that the image is a 4 x 6 picture which I have used many times and it is showing very large on the screen. Instead of being the size of a picture which you can enlarge, it comes up full size or bigger. It is about 23K. I have other ones I am trying to put on and they are also too large. The auction in question is 1272489389 on ebay. I had tried to change my templates and it seems that is when all my problems started. I don't know what the problem could be.They seem to be coming on the screen as a view larger size. Please help if you can.

When I put a picture on ebay direct, this does not happen.

Hi KathyA1,
As Callie said, we don't change the sizes of the images that are in image hosting. You may want to check the box in Global Preferences that will resize the images in your auctions.
