PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY. FOR 2 DAYS, POST SALE IS RUNNING DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE
AND CAN'T ACCESS. WON'T LIST AUCTIONS SHOWING
ERROR'S NO WBN ARE BEING SENT. I AM A PREMIERE ACCOUNT WHAT IS THE DEAL I NEED HELP NOW.. HAVE WRITTEN CUST SERV. 2X'S
NOT HEARD ANYTHING PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY

Hi Janet,
I am not sure what you mean by post sale is running down the middle of the page. Please take the following measures to update your account:
-clear the cache/temp internet files from your browser
-restart your computer
There is currently a problem in our system, which causes Buy It Now auctions to get stuck in an active state or even sometimes disappear from the control panel when they close at eBay.
The only way to prompt these auctions to drop down into the closed list and thereby send out the Winning Bidder Notices is to regularly refresh each page of the active only list on AW.
-click on Active in left tool bar
-click on last page of Active auctions
-click on select all
-click on refresh in top tool bar
-repeat for each active page from last to first
I just used the above workaround in your account and get one auction to drop down to closed.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience -- we are looking at ways to improve the way our system handles BINs.
With regard to the launch errors, can you outline the exact steps you took to launch these auctions so that we can try to replicate this problem on our end?

Hi Janet,
I was just now able to replicate the problem with post sale -- engineering is looking into the problem.
We are also trying to detemine the cause of these unknown launch errors.

I STILL CANNOT RELAUNCH ANY AUCTIONS EITHER FROM AUCTION WATCH OR AUCTION MANAGER PRO. NOTHING WILL RE-LIST. THIS IS GOING ON THE 3RD DAy NOW WBN STILL NOT BEING SENT. CANNOT ACCESS POST SALE .. MY BUSINESS IS SHUT DOWN TILL SOMETHING HAPPENS. I AM LOOSING BUSINESS AS I TYPE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS

Hi Janholli,
We are still looking into the cause of this problem. We will let you know when we hear something. Meanwhile you can still access your auctions by going to your closed only list.

HEY ANGELS, ARE YOU A PREMIER ACCOUNT I AM AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS POST SALE OR LIST ANYTHING. CAN YOU REACH POST SALE... THIS IS RIDICOULOUS I PAID $200.00 PER YEAR FOR THIS SERVICE AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WORK FOR NOW 3 DAYS..

Janholli, Just thought I'd let you know what I just did to ratify my prob (maybe you could do the same): Somehow, when ebay updated, my credit card info that was saved to automatically pay my acct, was erased. Therefore, I was unable to list on ebay because my acct was over $25. I went in and added my credit card back on and made a one time payment and now my auctions are launching...hope this helps! my post sale is back up but i still cannot
launch an auction. i have contacted ebay but not heard from them yet. the problem has to be here. please help

Hello janholli,
I checked your auctions and the error message we received from ebay regarding this is very vague. Based on the error message the error was unknown. Because of this we first suggest that you go to your eBay account to make sure that none of these auctions launched. From here, go ahead and resubmit these items for launch.
Why don't you test this on a couple of auctions first. If the error message still persists, you may want to launch a copy of the errored auction instead of the errored auction itself.
To do this:
-click on the copy link in the pending section
-scroll down to the bottom of the page
-schedule the copied auction for launch.
Let us know if this works. Hope this helps!

Hello,
Did you just change your password at eBay recently. I checked all of your details, and everything checks out at eBay except your password - which they keep reporting is invalid.
Whatever you *just* used to go to eBay directly and log in with as a password, go to the Universal Registration tab and click to edit your eBay information. Delete what you have currently stored, and enter the password you just used to log into your account there to list with.
Once you save your correct password, you should be able to resubmit those items from your pending section without error.
