I am experiencing two problems. Neither have anything to do with the other.
1) My subject line on the WBN's are not
showing the auction item number. It has %%Auction ID%% instead. How do i fix this problem?
2) Instant Purchase winners are receiving their WBN's 24-48 hours after the auction has ended. All other winners receive it within an hour of the end of the auction. What gives?
1. In the subject line of your WBN, you have changed it from the default to say '#%%Title%%, %%Item No. %%, Auction Notice' instead, which is missing some valid codes.
First, '%%Item No. %%' is not a valid tag. Enter '%%Auction ID%%' instead. Or consider going back to the default 'Congratulations on Winning Auction #%%AuctionId%% - %%Title%%' instead.
2. There is an error with Buy It Now auctions taking longer than they should to get the WBN out, when the auctions closed with the BIN option.
If you happen to catch auctions stuck in the active section, select them and click to refresh the page, which should drop them into closed where the WBN can be sent out.
We are working on tools to help workaround this error in the future.
