morning all,
I try to add counters to listing using the old way and when i hit the button on the page where u put in your userID, pass. and item# I I get an error mess. on the next screen that says COULDN'T FIND PASSWORD
I checked and double-checked to make sure the pass. is typed right and that everything matches my info in UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION but I get the same mess.
Instead of selecting eBay from the drop down on the old counter page, select "Other Auction Site" so that you can get the code for your counter and then copy and paste it into the revise auction form for your auction. I will look into the problem you are having a little further but for the time being, you can add counters that way.
