Although I've used AW successfully before from another account, yesterday we created a new one to keep track of a separate set of auction activity. Everything seems fine: we have everything set up at eBay as sellers, Paypal and Billpoint are intact, and our account here is legit. We've uploaded our images and set up 6 auctions that we've tried to launch at least 10 times since about 6pm (Pacific time) Saturday. Every time, it submits successfully, tells me it's processing, then results in an error. The error text says (with our AW account number x'd out for privacy):

Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000xxxxxxxxxXX was unexpected.

What is going on here? We really want to post our auctions this weekend and get started, can someone please tell us what's wrong? I sent this yesterday in email to the support ID, but haven't heard anything: maybe someone here can give me a clue? (I can provide account info if required to chase this down.)

thanks,
Diane

Hi Diane,

I checked your pending listings, and there are two problems. One is that eBay does not allow Online Payments with items that go in the Mature Audiences categories. The other is that you cannot list in the Mature Audiences categories through AW, due to the extra log on step that has to be completed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Sonya. If we cannot post Mature Audiences items through AW, we will not need this account: how can we close it immediately and not incur any fees?

Thank you for your prompt response.
