Have an auction running (no bids as yet) with two images. One of them is horrible and not helping my auction I'm sure. Can I remove it? I tried going to manage images and deleted that one but it still shows up in the listing. I know I still have to pay you guys for using it, but would still like to delete it if possible.

Hi Romantiques,
If you delete it from Manage Images, it should be removed from the auction (the auction will show a red X there). Did you upload another image with the same name by any chance?

The one I removed from manage images (but still showing up in listing) was a close up of the other photo. When I edited the original, I saved that to my file with its number, then chose it again and edited closer in, saving the second one to my file with its own number ending up with xxxx and xxxxB. So there were two separate photos uploaded to AW and shown in my list of images to select from.

Hi Romantiques,
If deleting the image from Manage Images does not remove it from your listing, the only other option is to remove the image URL from the auction HTML in the revise auction feature on eBay. If you do not know how to do this, let me know which auction and which image you want to remove and I will give you directions on how to do it.

Sonya, thanks so much for your help and time. I'm going to leave it as is and will be more careful next time. It's starting to sound more complicated than time allows me to deal with at the moment. (To be honest, a little intimidated to mess with things too.)
