Hello everyone,
There appears to be some issues with listing auctions to eBay with Billpoint selected.
We have been testing this on eBay directly, and keep getting different results each and every time. Sometimes, if you select that you accept Billpoint and ship internationally, it will fail saying you cannot accept Billpoint AND ship internationally. Other times, it will work as long as you accept Billpoint AND other, or and personal checks. Once it even went through will shipping internationally checked, and every payment option on the eBay form selected.
When testing via AuctionWatch, we have seen these same random results. Try changing the payment options you select and preview the listing, sometimes eBay will accept them, and sometimes they will not.
We will continue to look into this issue and see if there is anything we can do on our end to address it, however thus far it appears to be on eBays end. We have notified eBay about this, and they reported back that they were having issues with this earlier today and will continue to look into the issue.
workaround - The only workaround that would be consistant at this time would be to leave the Billpoint option unchecked, then add it to your listings later via the edit option at eBay.
