I've emailed customer service twice since Sunday about a problem getting the POST SALE area to come up, and not only is it not coming up at all today, but previously when it did come up (after long, long delays)it did not display the emails of the winning bidders, did not send WBNs (even though the proper box to "send WBNs" was checked)...am I the only one having this problem? I am a high volume seller and the use of the auction management software is crucial to our communication with winners, for payment, etc. As I've yet to get a response to either of my emails (sent 9/9 and 9/10) I was hoping that perhaps someone would see this here and reply (AW?)...help....doing this by hand, one by one, is ridiculous a)to not get a response from AW within 72 hours, and b)especially in lieu of the fact that we are a "paying" member for AW's Auction Management services...you would think that we'd be able to get better service than this...or have I overlooked something here AW? Please advise.......
PS: And I am sensitive to the issues of what has happpened today, and I know customer service is closed today....

In response to eeditions2000:
Yes I have been having trouble for a few days with winning bidder notices not sending. Today I have had the following auctions close without the notices being sent.
#1187686198,#1635168125,#1187669441,#1187594735. Yes, I do have the boxed checked to send the notices on all my auctions. Still, I have had to manually send them, as I will do with these auctions.
I realize the response time today in light of the events may be slow, however, if we could get this resolved at some point that would be very helpful.

c: The WBN's actually haven't been going out for at least 3 or 4 days now, and we can have upwards of anywhere between 20-30 winner's a day that need the information, and if you're a high volume seller, those 20-30 a day add up over the course of a few days....! Every time we try to access POST SALE it takes forever to load the page, and after a few minutes we get "problem with server or link, possible server down..." msg and it asks us to RELOAD or refresh, which of course just gets you the same "problem blah blah" msg again.
Today's events were certainly unfortunate and we all are sensitive to what so many people have had to endure, however these problems have been going on for several days, and we've yet to hear back from AW customer (ahem) service. btw-when AW announced their switch to a "pay for services" business model this last year, we didn't hesitate a second to sign up and pay our $200 whatever it was, because we really do like Auction Manager and AM Pro (although it does take FOREVER to "synchronize" and upload photos from the regular AM.... Whaddya say AW? Please don't let us down...we're you're biggest fans....... (sign us confused.........)

Just to clarify, should AW Customer Service read this....this is the msg that we get everytime we try to get POST SALE to open:
"Web Site Not Responding
The web site you have requested may be experiencing technical difficulties due to a busy or broken server.
Please try again by clicking the Reload icon on your navigation bar or, if that doesn't work, you may want to return to the site at a later time."

I have not had any problems. My post sale comes right up and the auctions that I have had end Sun, Mon, and Tues. all wbn went out fairly quickly. I still would like them a little faster, but at least they are going out.

Hello Eeditions2000,
I have notified engineering of your problem and will post updates on the situation as I receive them. The reason Post Sale takes such a long time to open for you is because you have over 3,000 closed auctions there.

I only have 1/10th that amount, and it seems that is is only reasonable to ask:
Can we have some form of valid "archive" facility that will allow us the ability to copy the data from closed auctions to some other format? That way we can delete them from the current closed list.
