I've had 4 auctions close without bidders, yet my account has been charged a final value fee. Why is this happening and what do I need to do to get a refund? Ref IDs are 1021226038, 1021232985, 1022141131, 1022159928.

Also, how long will it take to get my refund? Thanks.

Hi Beinc,

We are looking into this problem. Was this a reserve auction? It doesn't mention a reserve, the starting bid was $9.95 and the items had bids. We aren't able to tell why the auction site states there was no winner.

They all had a reserve price and received bids but no winners. I can provide links to these unsuccessful auctions if necessary. They were all on Yahoo if that helps.
