For the past few days my WBN notices have not been sending. YES I do have the box checked to send WBN on all auctions. Some of the numbers are 1635559924 1188132549 1188122702 I am not going to list them all, if you just check all my closed auctions from today, none of the notices are sent. I will hold off sending them until late this evening in the hopes that you can help with this problem. This is now about the third time I have gone thru this. They were sending for a while then they stopped. Help please.

Okay, I am so frustrated with this. i went ahead to send out the WBN notices and get this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11755 bytes) in /var/www/lib/php/thirdparty/smtp.inc on line 332
I have NO idea what that means.
It appears that they have sent as I recieved my copy, but they are no checked as if they are sent. VERY Confusing and Frusatrating.

Hi Cococgld,
If you have received your copy then that means they were sent out, so you can go into your Fullfillment checklist and check the status box for Step 1. If you continue to have this trouble with sending your WBNs, please let me know so that we can further investigate this.

Of my auctions that closed yesterday half of the WBN notices were sent and half were NOT. I manually sent those this morning that were not sent. So, if AW could check on the problem, I would REALLY appreciate it.
Thank you.

I am getting the error message when trying to send my WBN. Is this going to be a longterm problem? or does engineering have a fix coming soon?

Had 15 auctions close last night. Automatic WBNs went out on 14 of them. I had to send one manually. Good percentage, but why ONE that didn't go?? It was auction # 1637109241.

I had same problem yesterday. I always do mine manually. Yesterday I also got the error about memory when trying to send them all at once. I tried to do them ~5~ at a time and it worked fine, BUT IT TOOK ME FOREVER to figure out how to make them go without having to do them one at a time. My mother had the same problem, but fortunately for her, I already figured out a solution.

WBN Notices on ALL auctions last night DID NOT SEND. This morning I sent them manually.
I did get an error message when I tried to sent them all at once, so I re did it 3 at a time and it worked. Only problem was it ended up sending them twice. I suppose that even thoug I got the error message they did actually send. Any ideas AW why they are not going out right after the auction closes. How many messages do I have to post to get a solution to the problem?

Hello,
We are in the process of investingating this problem. ebay has been making page changes to their site and this might be affecting our ability to collect data required for the WBN's to be sent out. We apologize if it has taken a while for us to respond to this thread. Be assured that we will keep on top of this WBN issue.

My WBN are not sending either although the box checks automatically. This is a HUGE hassle and I need you to check into this. These people expect me to check their auction, add up all their fees and email them with a total. I don't have time for this!

I too have this problem, The Auto WBN is not really AUTO, If I do not sign on to auction watch and mass select my auctions then my WBN do not go. They just sit there and wait for me which really stinks becasue that means it is not really AUTO........Anyway I am also having problems that when I list sometimes I have duplicate actually launch. Why is this ? It has happened several times and then I have to go end the auction cause I only have one of the item and even though I only listed ONE, two actually launch. Is AW going to refund my Ebay listing fees's is AW charging me twice? This is becoming a hassle.....When I create and edit then schedule 10 or 30 or 150 auctions I expect them to list I should not have to go back and make sure that each one only listed once. Who has the time and besides isn't that what I PAY yOU for?? Please help and Thank You Kindly

Hi Cococgld and Medicalme,
I will need to check on the status of this issue. I checked both your accounts and the WBNs went out on all your closed auctions, for the latest ones were these sent manually or automatically? Thank you for your patience.

I just had an auction end at around 6:43pm eastern time on the buy it now. I know the automatic WBN do not work when this happens and I just go in and refresh the auction that got BIN and it moves it to the auctions ended section. Then I go there and refresh to force it to send the WBN. However, to night I refreshed it for 30 minutes and it never did send the WBN. I was afraid to tell it to send it cuz last time I did that it sent out 2 WBN's (one for my request and 1 for the automatic WBN). I decided that after 30 minutes of refreshing that there must be a problem and so I clicked the send WBN. Then I saw this thread. Someone at AW mentioned that ebay may have made changes to their categories. The auction that ended tonight is in the Harry Potter subcategory of the toys section. Or rather it was. Now they did change it to Toys & Hobbies:TV_Character_Toys:Harry_Potter. Hope this helps you to correct the problem.
Thanks,

Hello,
When I checked your account, there was only one item that the WBN had not gone out on yet. Is this the one you are referring to here?
If not, let us know the item number of the item this happened on.

I see that you are introducing new AW fee structure. If you are going to charge more does that mean that you are going to fix the WBN notice so they send out quickly. I have auction #1007104957 that has been sitting there with no WBN sending. I have been doing all my auctions manually for a while now. This transcation I have already concluded so I decided to leave it and see how LONG it took before or if the WBN went out. So far it still has not sent and the auction ended hours ago.
