How do I go about getting a refund on final value fees when I have a deadbeat bidder? What do I need to provide to AW to get the refund.

Hi Cococgl,
In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

Hi Sonya -
Here's another request for enhancement:
Would it be possible to have a check box / button combination on the "Online Account" page to help us with the request for NPB refunds?
I don't think this is a high-priority item, but it certainly would be a "nice to have" and it would definitely make find the link for the refunds (which is sorta kinda hidden) easier to deal with.
