We notice that items launched directly from Inventory have the c2it banner placed at the bottom of ads as was normal and not in the ad body just above the photo as currently affected during the promo period.

Since the promo was explicit that the banner would be placed in the body of the ad, are items launched from inventory excluded from the credits to be applied?

Hi intercepteur,

We will be happy to investigate this - I note that there are no auctions in your control panel at the moment. Would you mind posting some auction numbers or emailing them to [email protected] so that we can look at the listings? Thanks!

Diana, we are working on the a/c of wabbitt15. We just launched eBay #1465214782 from Inventory and that is where the banner is at the bottom, out of the ad body and below TOS links. Compare that to a new listing, eBay #1464866792, where the banner is in the ad body above the photo as is being placed for the promo.

Hi -- I have spoken with an engineer regarding this issue, and have been assured that there should not be a problem. The placement of the c2it banner appears to be related simply to the template that you are using.

No disrespect, but an engineer does not seem to be the appropriate individual that would decide whether or not an ad is qualified for the listing credit.

Understandably, we have desire to launch many items from Inventory with this very template. All we are requiring is that AW simply states that they have confirmed our qualifications, that we appropriately checked the c2it promo box, and notwithstanding template selection or banner placement "glich," we will receive the appropriate recognitions and credits in the database.

Thanks.

Hi Intercepteur,

If you have selected c2it as a payment option and selected to insert payment options into your listing you are eligible for the credits. This is true regardless of where the payment option logo is inserted into your auction.
