My shipping labels are no longer printing correctly. They only print so many characters per line so all of my customer's names are printing on two separate lines, also the street addresses are sometimes splitting in the middle. I remember reading that if you go to the invoice button you can change settings on your labels but when I go there my labels don't show up at all. The only place I can find my labels are on the Fulfillment Checklist page and that is where they are splitting the lines. I recently switched to Netscape 6.1 and that is when the labels starting printing wrong. Are there settings I need to change on that? Thanks very much,
KG

Hi Kelliegirl,
You can edit your printing options by clicking on Print Invoice, then select cancel from the nex window. You can then go to File, Print... and make any necessary adjustments to the layout of the invoice.

I mentioned this a few days ago - different browser and probably whole different platform - mac OS9...so it is not you.
In any case, from the "Control Panel" click in the left-hand frame on "Post Sale" (AW - is that "post" as a verb, "You may now _enter_ your sales.", or "post" as an adverb (_after_ the sale)?), and when that folder opens up, click on "Items to Ship".
Select the shipments (click in the little box) that are ready to go and then click on "Invoice" (third grey box from the left under the "Items to Ship" tab (ignore the frame to the left now it will just confuse you.) then you should get to a decently printable shipping label.
Caution! Check Print Preview...mine will only print everything if I have clicked in the lower frame.
What I can't figure out...
1) Why the "Invoice" cannot be accessed from the individual's "Fulfillment Checklist. (The "Packaging Slip" is useless)
and 2) Why would one send an invoice _after_ payment has been made? Shouldn't it be a receipt?
