I know fairly recently you began putting bold larger lettering on the from and to names and I like that better. I'm not sure if that is what is causing my printing problem or not. I have not changed any settings for printing labels. My problem is when printing 2 or more address labels at the same time. The even numbered labels (2nd & 4th etc) print on the right side column of the page which is fine except that it doesn't print the last 1 or 1 1/2 or sometimes 2 digits of the zip code for the TO address. Sometimes I think it happens when they don't abbreviate the state (like they type Florida instead of FL). I don't always have time to check every one before printing as I just see if the response # on the boxes next to the auction are filled in before printing. Is there a setting (size or something) that I could choose that would prevent this in most cases or do I need to click into each and every auction on post sale and then click view response and then double back for the next one on each and every auction I plan to print labels for? Seems very time consuming. Or maybe have the State part of the form only accept the 2 letter abbrieviation. Or maybe do those scroll down menus where they choose the abbreviation for their state.
Also, concerning the comments section of the WBN form. People don't always fill out the forms in the order that the auctions ended. I find myself having to remember to click on any of them that has the response # on the boxes next to the auction filled in to see if they put anything in the comments box. Bidders seem to think this is an email that comes directly to me but it only gets put into the Post Sale portion of AW. Then I can never remember which ones I've clicked on to see if there is anything in the comments box and which ones I haven't. So I either don't see the comments or I click on the same one over and over forgetting that I already checked. Maybe you can insert another box that would fill in with red or a color other than the blue that would signal that that bidder filled something in in the comment section and we could uncheck it once we've read it so that we know that we don't need to view it again. It would save us time, confusion and miscommunication with our bidders.
Thanks in advance,

Hi Antelope67,
When you are printing the labels from Post Sale, up at the top of the Print Invoice page is a key where you can change some settings. If you haven't already, please try changing some of the settings and printing, or print them out individually to see if that helps.
Regarding your suggestion on comments -- I will pass it along to Product Development.

I was looking at the settings you spoke of but they are for the height not the width.
Also, printing grey scale still prints unnecessary stuff. Maybe you could do like hotmail and some other sites started doing and have a clickable thing for a printer friendly version (I believe you already use that feature in your AW articles). That way it looks like it currently does for online viewing but we would have the option for printing if we need to without printing all the other stuff.
Thanks,
