Have you gotten an answer yet about why we are being charged by Ebay for items we relist thru AW within the 30 days for items that we got NPB credit for? Several people have asked and I have not seen an answer other than that someone is checking on it.

Hi mantczak,
We apologize for not responding to these concerns eatlier. I just checked our bug reporting system and it appears that a bug was entered, but it was found to be invalid.
Our system is currently functioning normally with repect to eBay insertion fee refunds for AW relisted auctions less than 30 days old.

I don't believe it is fixed because when you hit relist at AW it comes up as a relaunch item not a relisted item.

Hi mantczak,
According to engineering, this auction is indeed a relist (if submitted in less then 30 days from close) and the fees will be reversed if it closes with a seller. I will have to take up the issue of these auctions being labeled as "reluanch" on this page on Monday.
