I seem to recall seeing posts detailing how to customise the WBN.
I go to "preferences" in my Accounts, and all I can find is a customise shipping option box.
I'm sure I sometimes read of other posters customising their WBNs e.g. to direct International bidders to e-mail the seller re: shipping costs...or to e-mail the seller direct if the bidder won't use automated forms...or other personal seller-TOS EOA preferences.
Where is this , and how do I do this?
(If I click the link on the listing form when listing, I lose the page upon return , and still return none the wiser!
