I have figured out you must press the refresh button for every page in the "active" auction that a Buy It Now item is featured on. I am just wondering if AuctionWatch is working on another way to handle the problem of the auction going to "closed" auction once the buyer uses the buy it now feature. I can't always be there when the auction ends and this was one of the reasons I joined AuctionWatch - to give the buyer an automatic winning bidder notice when the aution ends. Thanks

Hi Milhar2,
There is currently a problem in our system, which causes Buy It Now auctions to get stuck in an active state or even sometimes disappear from the control panel when they close at eBay.
The only way to prompt these auctions to drop down into the closed list and thereby send out the Winning Bidder Notices is to regularly refresh each page of the active only list on AW.
-click on Active in left tool bar
-click on last page of Active auctions
-click on select all
-click on refresh in top tool bar
-repeat for each active page from last to first
Until this is fixed you may wish to not send them out automatically and manually send out the WBN from the post sale screen after the auction has ended.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience -- we are looking at ways to improve the way our system handles BINs.
