I can never access the pulldown categories when creating auctions. I always have to open that list that is so slow and cumbersome - not to mention leaving a lot of room for typos. Some of the category numbers on that page will even give you an error when the auction goes to launch.
I am using an iMac using System 9.0 and Internet Explorer 5.0. Javascript is enabled.
Any ideas? The customer sevice rep told me to try something besides IE, but that's all I've got. I'm also guessing that a huge percentage of users use IE so surely it can't just be me.

Hi Sullstar,
I have the same system information at home and I haven't had trouble accessing the category pull down menu. Try quitting and restarting IE, and perhaps clearing your cache to see if this improves things for you.
