I just tried to relist my (unsold) auctions and I am receiving the following error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /var/www/lib/php/acp/cacheman.inc on line 372
Let me guess I have had "too many auctions" and your system can't support it.
Next thing you are going to tell me is that you can't duplicate on your side. I don't care it doesn't work on my side. I have a DSL account with great bandwidth.
Please have someone in engineering fix this problem. I can't relist my unsold items AND if I relist through another company then I will pay Image Hosting fees, this is total crap.

Hi Cdplanet,
Where exactly does the fatal error message come up -- is it when you select the auctions you want to relist and click on Relist, or is it when you are actually scheduling them? Kindly let me know so I can try to replicate the problem.
When I click on the "unsold items" link on the left side of AW online page. I goes directly to this message and will not display any of the unsold items.
I have this feeling if you ask someone in engineering or programming, they will tell you I have too many auctions or something.
Just have someone fix this, I NEED to relist my auctions.

Hi Cdplanet,
I am going to pass this issue onto engineering and have them take a look at it. It appears that it is due to the amount of closed auctions you have in your account, as they number over 7,000. We will update you on this issue as soon as we can so that you can get on with relisting.

Hello,
Gee, a day later and still no help, why am I surprised.
And my last post (which you erased) still stands:
I am going to relist my auctions from another company and expect to receive a credit for "image hosting" fees which I will be charged, since my images are being held with you and I can not use your service as it is advertised. This failure to provide service is a breach of contract on your side and I expect to receive a free month of fees if this is not resolved in the next several days.
And stop censoring my posts, this is NOT a communist country. Last I checked we live in the United States of America where we support free speech.

Hello CDplanet,
Thank you for understanding and leaving out the only part of your last post that caused it's deletion. We are sorry to hear of your trouble using the Post Sale Express area to relist your auctions, however you will still need to follow the rules of the message center.
Keep in mind while you may be unable to access to the unsold items area of the new Post Sale area, you can still relist your items from the closed section - the original way of relisting your auctions. I checked just to be sure, and this still works fine in your account. You should go to the closed section of your Auction Manager to relist your items, so you do not run into any per image fees.
Engineering will be unable to address your issue until at least tomorrow, as soon as we have more information available for you and this account specific problem we will contact you directly. It appears that leaving your 7,000+ old auctions in the closed section without pruning them ever has caused the system to fail trying to load your list of closed items. Unless you need the WBN data for those items still, I would suggest deleting those you no longer need since they are no longer available at the sites anyway.
