I have not changed any of my settings, yet for the past week when I post my auction on E Bay, the images are showing up full sized which is WAY to large. NO change in camera or photo size. Normally they have "click on photo" to see larger image when posted on E Bay , but I can no longer get them to do that! I checked my personal preferences and it still shows to resize images. Any ideals??

Hi Foulball,
I noticed that this is only happening on one of your auctions. Are you having any of these problems with auctions that you are currently creating?

Yes, several have already closed this week that had the same problem. I uploaded several photos today and ended up deleting them due to the fact that they were to large. I just listed another auction on E Bay and still have the same problem. Thanks

Brian, the only reason that I do not have the same problems on the other auctions is due to the fact that the images that I used were older photos that I have had for some time. Thanks

Please note that under the properties of the recently uploaded photos, it has the "correct" properties of being a "thumb" photo but yet it does not load as a thumb when loaded to an E Bay auction.

ANY IDEALS YET AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?? Obviously we do know how to post photos as we have over 2000 feedbacks on E Bay, so we KNOW we are doing it correctly! Awaiting your reply. Thanks for your help!!

Sorry for the delay, I have forwarded your information along to engineering to look into further for you.
This is not happening on my own test accounts, however I was able to replicate it in your own.
Question : Are you listing your auctions from the Auction Manager, or uploading them from Pro?

I was having the same problem, but only when I chose the "create new auction" option. I worked around it (nothing new there, seems like there is always something to workaround), by relisting and old listing and changing all the info. Hope that helps!!!

Hi yearner76,
That is odd, as in my own account as well as when I logged into yours to test this just now, it did resize the image even when selecting to create a new auction.
Then us know if you are able to recreate it again.

Christopher, I am loading the images from auction manager (not pro). I have not used "pro" for any of my images in the last 6 months plus. If you look at the last 10 or so auctions that I posted today, NONE of them were thumbnailed even though I have made zero changes. I can not understand how it can do that with no changes made???? Thanks for your help!
