Just wrote description, attached image OK using AM, and clicked "customise template".
Immediately got "illegal operation" message, and lost the page with the incomplete auction.
Why?
How can I customise my template in future without wasting all that manual listing time ?
Your browser crashed trying to switch pages, I would try simply clearing out your browser cache in case you have a currupt page currently loaded. Then, attempt to customize a template when you first arrive at the create auction screen to verify it is not going to continue to do so, so you do not lose any more work.
