I've written about this before, but it is still happening:

The WBNs that go to AOL users do not list Citibank's c2it or AOL Quick Cash as a payment option.

I find this odd since you'd think AOL users would be more likely to have signed up for AOL Quick Cash---unless it is not being marketed to them properly.

WBNs that go to other e-mail addresses have the c2it option as usual.

Any clue as to why this is happening?

Hi misscandle,

I'm not sure what could be causing the c2it option not to appear in your AOL users' WBN - I will be sure to re-alert our engineers to the fact that it is still happening. It would be very helpful if you would forward us the WBN that your customer received, if indeed you have a copy. You can send this to [email protected]
