I am concerned about your recent fee increase announcement. We are currently a power-plan user and use the on-line auction manager on cross-platform (Windows and Macintosh) computers. Apparently, your Business Edition software is only available for windows based operating software. Does that mean that you will be excluding all us Macintosh users from taking advantage of what is supposedly the replacement of your "power plan"?
Also, I am concerned about what the actual advantage of signing up for the Business plan would be. First of all, will the standard plan maintain the 1% FVF it is currently charging? Second, is it true that the Business plan will cost $29.95 per month PLUS 1.25% FVF? If so, according to your new standard pricing plan, you would have to list over 550 auctions a month to equal the $29.95 charge alone. That's a LOT of auctions. Not to mention all the money you would save by sticking with the 1% FVF and not the 1.25% FVF.
Your further explanation of these fee increase developments would be appreciated.

Hello eauctionmgnt,
Auction Manager Pro is not Mac compatible - in order to use it with a Mac you must use Virtual PC. Business Edition is configured the same way - you should be able to use it with a Mac on Virtual PC.
The Business Edition plan is geared toward high-volume sellers, and at high volumes you would notice a significant savings over the Standard Plan. This is something that you would need to assess based on your sales volume and the average sale price of your items. Please note that the Business Edition software offers efficiencies not currently present in Auction Manager Pro.
