Hi, my browse fields for uploading pictures are reduced to 9, and I can't find a way to increase them again, only to get less. Can you tell me how please.

Hi amber,
The browse fields were reduced from 19 to 9 because of a technical issue that was causing problems for users who were using more than 9 fields. We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time there is no plan to increase the number of browse fields.

why change the number of browse fields for those of us that it worked for? Couldn't the ones with problems just select the less uploads option?does cutting this back have something to do with new rate increase on images?
