What steps do I need to take to edit the overall WBN and other post-sale tools? I see the ability to edit one by one, but is there a global edit?...Wish I'd tried Auction Watch earlier, it appears you're very responsive to users' problems!

Hi Meerka,
You can edit your default WBN in Post Sale Management of your My Account tab. You can also specify your shipping options in Global Preferences, which is also located in your My Account tab. Let me know if you have any other questions!
