Hi Dvdnstuff,

Try clearing out your browser cache -- if this does not improve the loading time for Post Sale, please let me know.

I was just curious how come every time AW is slow I need to clear the cache. I had problems with them being super slow this morning. But I could go through ebay just fine, andale just fine, espn.com just fine, nfl.com just fine, but the cache needs cleared to go through AW. If we are going to pay an extra 2.50 a month can we get some speed so it don't take a month to list auctions. Third price increase!!!!!! still slow!!!!!!!!

Hi jdani2000,

You do not have to clear your cache, however when users report slowness during times at which we are not bogged down or receiving other reports about slowness we start addressing the issue as being possibly on the users end.
Clearing the browser cache would be the quickest and easiest solution for most users, before going on to other methods of tracking where your connection to us might be running into slowness issues.

If individual users continue to have trouble with slowness only on their end, we would usually then see if they are familair with doing a trace route.

Christopher

What is a trace route and can I do that. This sounds like something I might need to know. That way I might find out problems without posting messages and wasting everyone's time. Please advise.

Thanks James
