The following auctions ended today and WBN's were not sent out. AW says that it can not not figure out the winners e-mails. Would you kindly send the WBN;s or do i need to do it manually? (auction #'s, 1465985539,1468022666,1465923153,1465923150,1465923145,1465923143)
There is a problem with the system pulling in the winning bidders email address currently, and engineering is working quickly to correct it.
Either get the addresss manually, and enter it and send, or wait for this issue to be corrected and we will be able to pull them in at that time. Chances are eBay made a change to their system, and we will need to adjust ours to match.
Any updates will be posted to the most recent thread on the issue.
