I have notice that for about the last week that my saved preferences are only working about half the time. Mostly on relists. just now it was a new auction. is there someway to fix this? thanks for any help you can give.

Hello,
Keep in mind that when you relist an item, it lists with the exact same preferences you had stored when you created it. Changing your preferences only carrys over into newly created auctions, not existing inventory or auction items.

Sorry for the confusion. I am having to manually put in my preferences when they should already be there. i am not changing them.this is true on relists and new ones.

Me too. Saved preferences don't work when I use "create listing." I have to manually remove Billpoint even though I have removed iy from my saved preferences. And sometimes, not always, my shipping options need to be corrected. Please don't tell me that I need to change these items in my saved preferences. I have done that several times.

I began to create test auctions in your accounts, and your preferences carried over correctly per your Global Preferences. Try clearing out your browser caches and your AW cookies, and let me know if the problem persists.
